Lunch day 3

Okay so again no pic

-very little left over pasta and chicken
-homemade hummus and pitas
-yougurt and granola
-a plum
-6 dove hearts

All while eaten in the back of the office while my boss is trying to calm down a crazy lady

Night day 2

I made dinner for the family so that took up a lot of time- shake and bake chicken, brown butter and garlic pasta, corn, and apples. I think it turned out pretty good.

the frustration came later when i tried to learn how to make a coin purse with a zipper-buttons easy- zippers not so much!

so i gave up, and went to go to bed only to find this:
the kitten had peed on my bed for like the 7th or 8th time in 3 weeks-its driving me crazy, so i remade my bed and its all good now.

Lunch day 2

So no picture becasue i have a headache from no caffine and i was not thinking straight when i ate it but it was:
celery and peanut butter
raspberry yougurt and garnola
honey roasted cashews
and a few dove chocolates

headache is almost gone now thank goodness

Night 1:

Okay so last night wasn't to hard. I was at the Ash Wednesday Service until 6:30, we went grocery shopping, ate dinner, I went to CVS with my mom, made my lunch and then made this wonderful lunch bag

So I decided I needed a lunch bag that would last a little longer then the regular brown paper bag- I have had these fabrics for a while waiting for the right thing to use them for and decided this was it last night. I want to put a whale(when i was little and my mom would make my lunch she had pics she would put on all of our lunch bags- mine was a whale) on it as well but it was late last night and i did not have time. I figured out how to do button holes last night on my machine, it was pretty easy actually.

Lunch Day 1

-Left over chow mien from Panda Express

-left over fried rice from Wongs

Both left from Mondays Chinesse New Year feast

-Puffy Cheetoes

-An apple

turned out it was mushy and i only ate one slice

-a pudding cup (chocolote)

-and 4 thumb print cookies from trader joes raspberry and apricot

-and a tejava

I read the newspaper while eating lunch at it was one of the best lunches i have had in awhile.

Tonight i plan to go to the store and find some lunch type items and make banana bread out of the bananas that are just right for mashing.

So today is Ash Wednesday and for lent I am going to give up:
-watching tv in my room
-and fast food
I am going to use this journal to record how it all goes, i really want to get back into the habit of a journal and i hope this will be a good time to do it. What i am thinking i will put on it are what i do instead of watching tv, what i eat instead of fast food and so on.
